"ipconfig is not recognized as internal or external command, operable program or batch file"
and when i try to share file from folder to other user on lan network. i got this message
"this service is is not start."
could you help me to fix this? Do i need to repair windows?

It seems that ipconfig has been deleted from your computer. Copy it from another computer and place it in your system32 folder.

have you tried running ip config when on teh c drive sounds like you may be on a non system drive letter in dos
