Block internet access to all applications except Outlook in XP Pro

Asked by localhost_offline in Windows XP Operating System, Miscellaneous Security

Several machines in a workgroup. The customer wants to block access to internet but still send and receive mail via Outlook. The ADSL router is not configureable.

Any way of implementing this on each machine whilst still allowing browsing on the local network? The user should not be able to bypass the external block...
