Workstation problem

In my workstation which is like any workstation join the domain , the problem started when I tried to access some devices through telnet or web but I couldn't do that , to check the connectivity , I ping the destination but I couldn't ping it , the problem is I cannot ping for example 192.168.25.55 but I can ping 192.168.25.56 or anything , these devices accept ping from deferent machine but not my machine , and that happened to few workstion , I have tried to rest TCP/IP usern netsh winsock reset command but no luck , do anybody has a clue.
