Can windows lock out automatically after a period of inactivity?

Asked by snyperj in Windows XP Operating System

I am pretty good at remembering to lock my computer when I know I am going to be away from my desk for awhile.  I usually just press the windows icon & L to lock it when I get up to leave.
The problem is- sometimes I don't I will be away from my desk for as long as it turns out.  Is there some way I can have windows xp automatically lock after a pre-determined period of inactivity?    I guess I could do it with a screen saver, but any other ways?  Thanks.Start Free Trial
