I replaced the video card and now there is no "Start" or tray at bottom of desktop

I had to put a video card in an older Dell running Win XP.  The old video was built onto the motherboard.  Now when desktop comes up there is no start, tray, or time, nothing on the bottom of the desktop.  All the icons appear on the desktop.  I have tried different resolutions bit nothing.  I put the cursor on the bottom to see if the tray was hiding....nothing.  I even put thte cursor off the bottom of the screen and clicked to see it anything would happen....nothing.  I tried a different video card, same result.   Where did that whole bottom section (Tray) go?   Any ideas?Start Free Trial
