I don't have original drivers, the only one I tried to use - downloaded from NVIDIA Home Page - most recent drivers.
OK, will try to seek for older ones in net :)

1) Drivers are from NVIDIA page, correct ones for this model.
2) Device manager shows no problem with driver.
3) Disabling NVIDIA control panel gives no result.
4) If I change video card to another one (tried Saphhire Radeon X1550) - everything's OK, no problem.
So it should be driver not working as it should be (like registry problem?), or VGA card has chipset problems? Too bad cannot test it on another machine...
Problem occured after I had to reinstall VGA drivers, because of game messed up resolution and was unable to see the normal mode, only VGA and Safe Modes :)

Download the most recent device drivers for your display adapter, also try to download the version before it .
uninstall the hardware , reboot & set up the drivers for the most recent one first, if the problem persists you can uninstall driver & install the older one, for all you know could be a roblem with the device driver itself.
