6 mins to log onto domain

Good Morning...

I have a Dell Latitude D820 that takes almost 2-6 minutes to login to a domain. I type in the users username/password and it hangs at " Applying personal settings " for 2 mins - 6 mins.

What I have done:

I have disabled the start up programs under msconfig, still takes a long time to login.

I have also tried to set a static DNS for the user, our two DC's both act as DNS servers on our domain. Thinking this was a DNS issue...

I have taken the laptop off the domain, removed the computer name out of Active Directory than re-joined the laptop to the domain.  I noticed that it takes 2 - 6 mins to login with any domain profile, if I login as the local pc admin it pop's right in...
