How do I change windows language?

When I purchased my computer it came with windows XP in Spanish, is there a way to change the language to English. At leas how do I change the language for firefox?

How do I change it to firefox only for example???

you can change for firefox only by installing firefox again while installing firefox you will have to select the language english or you must download firefox english version other wise there is no other option other then reinstalling the whole os
