Are you able to see a blue screen just before it reboots? Try to read what it says, or take a picture of it.
Main Topics
Browse All TopicsI am trying to start 2 different machines with XP Pro and they start up to a certain point (splash screen) and then reboots. I have tried last known good configuration with no success and I have tried starting in Safe Mode with no success (it gets to mup.sys and then reboots) and even with networking and with command prompt. Same thing. It gets to a certain point and then reboots.
Any help?

pablovr,
Yes, they did work. No problems whatsoever.
I think I have fixed one. I re-installed XP (took me 5 reboots, but I did it) over the old copy and now am downloading updates. It hasn't gone Tango Uniform in about 30 minutes now. Fingers ARE crossed.
The other is still rebooting at the splash screen.
No, it's not the ERD Commander 2007.
