system error 67 when using net use to internet site

Hello,

So here is the command I am using:

net use * http://www.site.com

When on a vista machine, I get the login and password request prompts and then it maps a drive.  Very quick and easy.

On an XP machine it gives the system error 67 message.

I'm researched this out and have done everything I can find.
1. I changed the registry entry LmhostsTimeout to 5000000.
2. I have done this:
Expand Non-Plug and Play Drivers, right-click IP Network Address Translator, and then click Disable in My Computer.
3. I have downloaded a software update for web folders (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=17C36612-632E-4C04-9382-987622ED1D64&displaylang=en)
4. I have added it www.site.com as a network place.  It does not ask for authentication and looks blank.

The site is set up with webdav, which I don't know much about, a consultant has set it up.

Any thoughts?
