"Install updates and shut down" recurs constantly

When I shut down Windows, it says "Install updates and shut down".   It then says "Installing updates 1 of 2" then almost immediately it says "Windows is shutting down" and the computer turns off.   This has happened more then 10 times in a row.   I have already installed all the critical updates.Start Free Trial
