Hello Harris ,
can you ping the default gateway , if you cannot then change then try to swap the port on the router to which the problem client machine is connected , try to open the website with IP address in the browser
74.125.19.104 try to open the www.google.com with IP address if it opens with the IP address then the
issue is with the DNS server is the clinet machine pointing to internal dns server if not try assigning the 74.2.2.2 dns server to the preffered dns server tab on the client i would be waiting for your reply
How is your router setup? What kind of internet service do you have? First go to Control Panel then Network Connections right-click your Local Area Connection then go to properties select Internet Protocol and press properties. What settings are in the properties? Is statically configured or setup to Dynamically retrieve an IP address
If you provide the output of "ipconfig /all" we will be able to see if you have a DNS server specified
or you could try running
nslookup www.google.com
and supply the output here

Try this, unplug the modem for the internet connection then plug it back up after leaving it unplugged for 20 seconds once all lights are back on do the same thing with the router. Do you have any virus or spyware protection on the system? Since you can nslookup www.google.com your DNS settings should be good.
Hey harris Thats great it worked out , if you want to add DNS do the following
First go to Control Panel then Network Connections right-click your Local Area Connection then go to properties select Internet Protocol and press properties
Now you would see an option to select use the following dns server select that and put in 4.2.2.2
if that works this means that the internal dns server has some issues but in this case you dont need to do that now
