Is it possible add or subtract seconds after syncronizing from an NTP server?

Asked by bigux in Windows XP Operating System

I have some XPs synchronized to an internal NTP server, but I needed them to have specific different times (yes, I know that this could sound strange, but I need some small delays exist). For instance:

NTP Server time 00:00:00
XP1: 23:59:56
XP2: 23:59:57
XP3: 23:59:55
....

I could figure out a script that could do this from time to time, but I would prefer keep trusting the NTP server instaed of making a schedule task.

I would apreciate some help here
