Creating a backup script with ntbackup.

A Customer would like to be able to copy his My Documents, Sage Data, and Some other bits 'n' bobs from his hdd to a usb stick. Whilst copying this himself he realised that his usb stick was only 1GB and he needed to copy 1.5GB.

We should him how to use ntbackup which compressed the files and backed everything up nice and neatly to just under 1GB (something like 970MB, just right). What he now wants to be able to do is have something like a little backup script on his desktop that he can double click and it will do it job; instead of having to go into ntbackup and choose what he wants to backup all the time or setting it up as a scheduled task. He wants to be able to do this as and when he wants.

Is it possible to create a scheduled task but disable it and then export a shortcut to the desktop so he can double click it to enable it and run it....?? or something to that effect?
