can not add windows xp drivers into server 2008
We have recentally upgraded from server 2003 x32 to server 2008 x64. by doing this, i need to transferr all of the printers over from the old server 2003 to the new server 2008. From HP website, i can download and install the drivers for server 2008 x64 and the server can print sucessfully to all of the printers in my list. (Printers are all hp laserjet 4000, 4050, 4300) Then when i go to my client computers (which are all windows xp pro with sp3) and try to right click on the printer and click on connect, it says "THe server for the 'HP Universal Printer PCL 6' printer does not have the correct printer driver installed. If you want to search for the proper driver, click OK. Otherwise, click cancel and contact your network administrator or origional equipmnent manufactur for the corect printer driver."
When i go to add atitional drivers under the server, x64 is arleady grayed out saying that it is installed. my only two options are for "itanium" and "x86". Neither of them will take the Windows XP PCL6 driver that i downloaded from their site. What am i doing wrong?

Wait a sec: the user executing the remote driver install might require the group membership in "print operators" at the server side. Did MS forget that in the article? I had to do it.
