I have an issue with a Windows XP computer, that will not display embedded images in Juno Web mail. The machine is running IE 7. I have tried resetting IE 7 back to all of the default settings, as well as making all changes that can found in Juno mail and the problem still continues. The same problem message can be forwarded to another mail platform, like Exchange, and all of the embedded information displays without any problems.
Any help or ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Another thing I've found might cause issues with viewing imbedded images in IE is if you have any toolbars (Yahoo, Google, etc.) they might need to be updated in order for things to work correctly. It might also be some sort of browser Hijack, but if thats the case then using a different browser as TEades suggested will probably take care of the issue, but you should still consider running some Anti-Spyware software to make sure your system is clean.

I sympathize, (I spent some time on AOL!), but it really needs to be tried in another browser, if for no other reason than to let us narrow it down and see if it's a browser issue or something else.
However, if you are completely against this, then my best guess with the given information is that when the link was written to the images, (when the e-mail was originally sent), it is code that Exchange can read but Juno can't. It's a possibility as different platforms can read--and write--links to images differently.

Have you tried viewing your Web Mail in another browser, such as Firefox or Opera?
Also, when you open the message on the web, make sure there's not a bar at the top that says "Display images..." or anything. Many webmail interfaces disable images by default if they think that particular message could be spam.
