Browse All TopicsI have several workstations on a domain that are unable to see anything other than themselves. I am able to browse to the domain in Network Places but can only see the local workstation that I am on at the moment. I can ping all other workstations and servers and I can connect to all workstations by going to start>run>\\<computername>
Any help would be appreciated.

If you have a DNS server and 0 WIndows ME or older workstations on your network.
Disable the "Computer Browser" service on all machines. That should fix ya.
Computer "Browsing" like through "Network Neighborhood" is a joke of a protocol and microsoft just won't let it go.
