You can make sharing folders and files easier by creating the same user accounts with the same passwords on each computer
so if you have bob with password 123 on computer 1 create the same account on the other computers
This way users will not get prompted to login when they try to access something on the other computer.

well, on the main pc create shared folder and you can also share printes
then get the ip of the main pc ( go to start>run>cmd ,then press Enter
type ipconfig
then on the other PCs, press start>run>\\xxx
where xxx is the ip of the main computer
you will see shared folder created, right click on it and click create shortcut
this is the easy to create shared folder to share files over network
