It's actually relatively easy. All you should have to do is add a file at the root of the cd called AutoRun.inf
This file has at least 2, perhaps 3 lines:
[autorun]
open=progra
icon=
The 3rd line isn't required; it just would display that icon in My Computer for the icon of the drive. Program.exe is the program you want to execute when the CD is inserted. Keep in mind however that all this depends on the user having autorun enabled for their CD drive.
