Browse All TopicsUpon start up I get a popup error message "roxwatchtray11.exe unable to locate". I have tried reloading Roxio Creator 11 but get the same message. I have scanned for virus with up to date AVG but nothing. My computer has no other symptoms other than this at start up. Once the computer boots I do not see this again until I start again. I am running Windows XP SP 2.

In msconfig > StartUp tab, try and look for the startup entry and uncheck it, it should stop the error.
Start > Run > type in:
msconfig
Click on the "StartUp" tab.
Or fix the relevant entry in Hijackthis:
Download Hijackthis:
http://www.tren
Open Hijackthis, click "Do a system scan and save a logfile".
Paste the log in the "Code Snippet" or "Attach File" window.
