I am using a Dell M4400 laptop running Windows XP SP3. The problem I am having is that the Add a Printer does not respond when I click on it. Any suggestions on how to fix it other than reinstalling the operation system?
Thanks

As a workaround, and perhaps to test whether the printui.dll file is corrupt, use this page to run the Add a Printer wizard from a command prompt:
