How do I make a right-click keyboard shortcut so I can use a one button mouse?

The right clicker on my mouse has pretty much died and until I replace the mouse I need to figure out a convenient keyboard shortcut that I can use in conjunction with the left click to get me by.

The Mac has some key they hold down while left-clicking to bring up the context menus. Is there something similar in Windows that I can use or setup? I know about Shift+F10, but that's incredibly inconvenient. I just want to hold down some key and then left click to emulate the right click function.

Any help is appreciated.

And there is the "Context Menu" key on the right side of the bottom row holding the space bar, the Alt key, and the Windows key:

Here is a simple utility that you can run to make control-click be a right-click. If you want to end it, just open Task Manager and End Process on applemouse.exe.

That only works on whatever is active. You can't, for example, hit that key to close a window in the taskbar or restore a window. It only works on whatever is currently selected.

The Context Menu key that I mentioned (which is the same as what leew pictured in his comment) will after clicking it, when you hold the mouse over a taskbar button, give you a context menu that you can then left click to choose whatever option you desire, such as close or restore a window.  And clicking on a URL will give you the context menu for that.  Etc.

I does function if you have no other option, but just mousing over something and hitting the context menu will not bring up the same menu as a right click in that same spot, I just did it on a window in the taskbar to check. Also, if you don't want/need continuous extra mouse travel to get to the menu, the context menu would get annoying.

This is absolutely PERFECT. It does just exactly what I want it to.

Funnily enough though, I just BARELY got myself a nice IOGear USB KVM, which uses Scroll Lock+Scroll Lock tapped in rapid succession to switch ports. What key does AppleMouse use to exit the program..? Scroll Lock. :)

Regardless, it's the perfect solution for what I need.
