It could be error related to Internet explorer dll file

Which version of internet explorer u have installed . if internet exploer 6 then reinstall it using add/remove windows components.
(control panel > add or remove programs > add/remove windows components > un check on internet exporer > click next and finish)
(repeat above steps to install internet explorer by tick)

if u have internet explorer 7 installed you need un-install it from add or remove programs and re install it

A .dll file (Dynamic Link Library) is a special type of Windows program containing functions that other programs can call. This .dll file can be injected to all running processes and can change or manipulate their behavior. The program has no visible window. There is no detailed description of this service. iertutil.dll is not a Windows system file. It is a Microsoft signed file. It can change the behavior of other programs or manipulate other programs. iertutil.dll is able to connect to Internet, record inputs, monitor applications.
