Yes, it is a laptop but it is connected with an Ethernet cable and doesn't leave the office very often. Thank you for the suggestion on the wireless.
I will remove the suggested processes and let you know the speed comparison between eliminating the processes and the wireless disable.
Thanks for the lightning fast response Jacobh06.

was going to post about Autoruns, when i read the issue, but Kindovic beat me too it.
be care of disabling the instances starting with HP as they are likely services/apps the laptop needs, and likewise the IG ones i believe are the onboard Intel video software. Anything else is fair game, download Autoruns, unzip to folder and then run the EXE, maximise the screen, and space out the columns, then it will tell you what every entry is, you can untick without removal and test.

Thos e are some that I would disable on startup. It seems that this is a laptop and I'm assuming that the reason it takes a long time for the computer to start functioning in a regular speed is due to the Wireless. The wireless is usually the last thing that loads on my laptop and until that loads, I don't even bother on trying to use my computer. If the wireless is not being used, then I would disable it until needed. That would speed things up greatly. If it is needed, then you are going to have to deal with the wait. But you can still speed it up a little by disabling some of those startup items.
Let me know if that helps.
