My Computer - Tools - folder options - view - enable viewing hidden files and folders. Disable hiding system files.
Then check if you see anything on this CD.

compdigit44--The CD is shown as full because when you finished copying the floppy to it, you "closed the CD out".  It cannot be written to anymore--even though the data on the floppy probably took up only 1MB of space.

ok, can you try to create the same CD one more time but using different CD-ROM?
Also, download trial version from this link and install it: http://www.paragon-software.com/home/db-professional/
Run it and find in Disk View Volume Explorer. Insert your CD you want to see files on and browse the CD via Volume Explorer. Does it see any file on disk?
Look on attached screen shot.

Right click the cd rom then explore the disc, go to tools folders options and view>tick to show files extensions and also tick to show system files
Maybe roxio does not see the contents from it's console as this is an disc image
May have to mount the image in a virtual drive to see the contents
Nero has the Nero image drive.
From Wilki

From Roxio
Make sure the disc image file type you need to burn is supported by Roxio. Roxio will burn iso, gi, .udi, .cue and .c2d image files. The .iso file type is the most common type of disc image file.
