above post sounds reasonable. if it is not the reason, check the sync issues in Outlook. Does the user have the same problem if meeting request is sent from Outlook Web Access?

Browse All TopicsI have a user who, everytime they setup a meeting request, it causes the recipients to receive multiple requests. Some users had received around 15 or 20. I had them delete the meeting request and recreate but they say that the problem is persisting. Has anyone ever seen this happen before?

I've seen a similar problem before, where a user was set up as a delegate of themselves, which caused duplicate invitations to be sent. Take a look at the link below to see if it addresses your problem. m/forums/s howthread. php?p=3308
