How to disable Utility Manager

I tried renaming Windows Utility Manager in the System32 folder with no success. Please help!

From control panel:

1. Administrative Tools / Services / Utility Manager.

2. Configure Startup as Disabled.

I do not see Utility Manager running... Any other options? Thanks

Press Windows key + U to bring up the Utilities Manager.
Highlight a listed item and if you do not want it to run, press Stop.
Uncheck each of the "Start automatically..." boxes for that feature. Repeat for each item. OK your way back to the desktop.

Start the Microsoft Management Console (MMC) Services snap-in (Start, Programs, Administrative Tools, Services).
Right-click Utility Manager, and select Properties.
Set the Start-up type to Disabled, and click Apply. Then click OK.

I did try yours and it did work, but then when I was logging to the server it was active again. Anyway, the problem that I figured out was the KEYBOARD!! I just replaced it and pc seems to be working fine.
