The easiest way to deal with this is to take the hard disk out and put it in another computer and then run an antivirus scan from there. This way any files that are infected and/or in use can be deleted or cleaned without issue....
An online scan such as Housecall or and offline such as AVG should do the trick!

Did you scan the system with any of these tools?
es.org/mba m.php
w.superant ispyware.c om/
ingcompute r.com/sUBs /ComboFix. exe
If using Combofix we need to look at the log.
1. Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop, check for the tool's Updates before running a scan.
http://www.malwarebyt
2. SUPERAntispyware.
http://ww
3. Combofix
Please download ComboFix by sUBs:
http://download.bleep
You must download it to and run it from your Desktop
Now STOP all your monitoring programs (Antivirus/Antispyware, Guards and Shields) as they could easily interfere with ComboFix.
Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
When finished, it will produce a log. Please save that log and attach it in your next reply by pasting it in the "Code Snippet" or "Attach File" window.
Re-enable all the programs that were disabled during the running of ComboFix..
