Stop Messenger Windows from Blinking (flashing) in taskbar

I've searched the web but can't find a solution to this. When the Messenger Chat window is not in the foreground it will blink repeatedly in the taskbar. This is really annoying, especially when you're at work (not supposed to be on msn :)).

How do you prevent it from blinking/flashing in the taskbar?

Anyone aware of a solution?

Download and install Microsoft TweakUI:

Within 'General' -> 'Focus' you can configure how many times an application should blink on the task bar to get your attention.

You can also download and run this simple vbs script that prevents programs from stealing focus.
