Works perfect. Even locks IE in place in full screen as needed.

You may try changing the registry Key : "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWA RE\Microso ft\Interne t Explorer\Main\fullscreen" to "yes"
You may have to restart computer once after this operation.
