I have tried updating the drivers on the server and the machines themselves, and with certain drivrs, the print time has gone back to normal - but then the fonts and such do not print properly. 1 computer has been printing fine with the same Windows updates, and it does not have these errors in the system log. How do I return to the original print times without updating the drivers for the Zebra printer?

Since one PC is working fine, I would check the driver version on that PC and make sure you're using the same one on the problem PC. Also, check if the printer is installed locally or connected through the server. It can be installed both ways.
You may want to contact zebra support. I've contacted them before and they are helpful.
