Browse All TopicsI want to know if its possible to uninstall service pack 2 if the installation disk I have for the OS includes it. Another words, my installation disk for XP Professional allready has SP2 on it. Thus its part of it. I don' t see how to uninstall it.

None of the above is of any help. They all assume that sp2 was installed separately and AFTER the original OS was installed..........it was not.
Let me repeat......my installation disk contains or is intergrated with SP2. There is no Uninstall folder. There is no restore point.
The title of my disk reads
"Microsoft Windows XP Professional" ..."Includes Service pack 2 Version 2002"
