David is right, most things for Outlook are set via the application, and not saved in the registry. If you want to look, you can check HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software
From there you will see the Outlook sub-folder, but there are only a few settings, and none are to do with font size. As David said, you if you use the in-built Outlook editor, then the settings are stored in Tools, Options, Mail Format Tab, and click the Stationary and Fonts to choose your default font ype and sizes for new and replying, also plaint text. Make sure you have ClearType set on your XP system, and if you have Office 2007, its a massive improvement to the applications too.

As far as I know Outlook doesn't work like that.
You may already know but fonts are set in tools / options / mail format - and use the options tag.
You can force all incoming mails to be seen in plain text at your required font size by setting tools / options / e-mail options and tick 'read all standard mail in plain text.
If you are composing using Word as your editor then fonts are defined by your word's normal.dot templates
I guess these parameters are stored somewhere in registry - and if thats the question you were asking then I'm not sure of the answer.
