i keep getting this error on the ops directors laptop.
"The driver igxprd32 for the display device \Device\Video0 got stuck in an infinite loop. This usually indicates a problem with the device itself or with the device driver programming the hardware incorrectly. Please check with your hardware device vendor for any driver updates."
this either throws all his display out or completly locks his laptop and strangely enough locks when he prints something?!
the laptop is a Compaq 610 with a Mobile Intel 965 express Chipset. It came with Vista but rolled it back to XP with the disc that came with the laptop. I have tried updating the drivers from the compaq site but still no joy.
Please help...
I have updated the graphics drivers

Remove the current driver and reinstall the latest driver from Intel(most oems are a few revs behind). If you continue to get the error either the video card has gone bad or there is an issue with the video driver and some other piece of software or driver. l.com/Deta il_Desc.as px?agr=Y& D wnldID=173 53&ProdId= 2800&lang= eng
