What can I use to create ISO image and how can I extract ISO imaged program?

An ISO image is a copy of a CD so to "extract" from it you mount the image as if it were a CDROM drive. I would use DAEMON TOOLS (Google search for daemon tools) to MOUNT the CD image.
Various tools will allow you to make an ISO image. I often use Clone CD by Slysoft (www.slysoft.com) or you can use Nero to create an ISO. I'm sure there are many others.

MagicISO and PowerISO allow you to extract individual files from the iso, and also allow burning the iso to a CD. They have trial versions and are inexpensive to purchase the full version.

Personally I use Nero Express, but most all cd/dvd burning softwares will create an ISO image from a disk. Just choose Image burner as the device instead of you actual drive.
