No - actually we are having similar problems after these updates. I painstakingly uninstalled each update one at a time and after removing the last update the problem persisted.
I'm pretty convinced that the update did something to cause the problem, but concerned that after removing all of the updates that the problem persists.
Anyone have any suggestions?

I only can guess that you are in charge of maintaining a small to medium size network. The slowness you are experiencing could be generated by the extra traffic in your LAN. I can suggest you to use Microsoft's WSUS (Windows Server Update Services). This basically converts your server into an update server for your network, then you have to "instruct" the stations from your LAN to update directly from your server. This means that you only get one copy of the desired update, then distribute it to the computers. You also have an overall picture of the update status of your computers. Hope this helps!
