There are two ways to execute program with administrative privileges.
1. Right click on the program ans select "Run as" item from popup menu and specify user name and password in the Run As dialog box.
2. Press Win + R and type cmd in the run dialog box. in the command prompt type
runas /user:administrator programname.exe

You can use runnas with a tokenized file to hide the credentials.

Haven't used runnas, but sounds like it should work. Just to throw out another option though, the one I've been using is supercrypt.

You can grant Administrative access to individual programs by using the following steps:
Right-click the programs file name or shortcut.
Click Advanced, click Run with different credentials, and then click OK.
Start the program. When you receive a prompt, enter an administrative user ID and password.
