Windows error reporting

Asked by westone in Windows XP Operating System, Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Operating Systems

Hi,
I have a computer that crashed, and on reboot attempted to send an error report to Microsoft. There was a problem with the internet connection and when the browser opened to show some information resulting from the error report, a DNS error page was displayed instead.

The internet problem was resolved. Is there a way to prompt Windows to re-send the error report? I know the location of the Temp folder containing the mini dump file, the manifest.txt and the sysdata.xml file.

Thanks, Bill
