Have you tried booting into safe mode yet? Some motherboards with integrated graphics don't allow you to completely disable the onboard graphics card, but allow you to tell it that the primary is the add-on card. I would go into the BIOS again and look for somewhere to completely disable the on-board graphics. If it is not there, try booting into safe mode, and disable the on-board adapter in the device manager.
