why do I get "window text" in "active window" when I right click desktop > properties Windows XP
I was trying to help someone with a problem. They were getting some error when they right clicked desktop and properties. An error related to: 'C:/WINDOWS/system32/rundl
Well, I tried to right click my desktop in an open area and properties and I get a small box labelled active window. Inside is Windows Text. I try to click X to close and nothing happens.
If I click appearance, then I get a small box saying "message box" with an OK in the middle. I click OK and nothing happens. All I can click is ok at the bottom or cancel. What is all this?
I've got Windows XP.
