Yeah, I realized that as well about 5 minutes after I posted the question...lol
Thanks for the help. That did the trick.
Main Topics
Browse All TopicsI have a user who has a new XP Pro box. All his profile info was copied over, along with, unfortunately, his program files. Now, upon login, he gets the following error message;
"Error loading C:\WINDOWS\itupaximlbahu.d
The specified module could not be found.
My question now, he's operating fine with what he had. (the move got rid of a bunch of junk he didn't use anyways) But how do I disable this message from occuring. Obviously I can't remove the dll if it's already missing. I have no idea what program used it in the first place.
Thanks.

Under his log in click Start and then Run.
In the Run field type
MSCONFIG and then select OK.
Locate the startup tab.
Within this area there should be a listing for that file or the program that it is associated with. You may have to do trial and error by unchecking the suspected program or file, rebooting and logging on. Most of the items within the Startup tab can easily be ruled out. Such as, Adobe, etc.
If this is only happens under his profile/log in then you can log in as you and take a look at your Startup items for comparison purposes.
