Microsoft File & Transfer Wizard - How to restore files without going through wizard

Hey Experts -

A client of mine backed up a computer with the Microsoft File and Transfer Wizard to a USB Hard Drive, I hav ea folder USMT2.UNC with a bunch of 2GB .dat files

I have tried going through the File and Transfer Wizard to restore and it keeps failing and giving me error:
"The location that you specified does not contain stored information. Please type a valid folder path into the edit box. "

Is their anyway to just browse those .dat files and extract the information I need?

Any ideas?
