I have a Out of String Space: 'Space' error, code: 800A000E

I have the above error trying to use RAM Synersoft to clean my RAM

I am Economist & Accountant, not CS or IT.

Can you help please?

You are getting this error because of the way the program works. You will want to contact the maker of the program and report it to them.

Essentially what is happening is that the program is trying to compile strings or text into a string variable and it got too big for it to handle.

You may have a bad memory stick causing this error. What prompted you to try the memory checker? Were you having program errors or blue screens?

Hi Dave

Thanks for the response. I am doing this, Ram cleaning, (attempt) because its packed & won't accept a download eg. new McAfee, & the printer won't work. As you recommended, I will try to contact Synersoft (RAMcleaner.vbs) to see what they say
