Right now, when I right click on a jpg, and select open, it opens with SNAGIT which is my favorite jpg handler. I can then click print and my document prints fine.
But, if I right click and select print, it prints with Windows picture and fax viewer.
How can I get snagit to handle printing also.
I know how to get to the dde options screen, but I can't remember what to enter once I get there.

I click restore to start over.
Clicked advanced, added snagit location for action print.
Snagit just opens, and never prints. I tried turning on dde and turning it off, but that also did no work.
I suspect that snagit may not have been coded to follow dde conventions for printing. For instance, the command line does not have a parameter for "print".
I will also drop a line at their web site and see if they can give me assistance.

Thanks for the help, my problem is solved.
I finally gave up on snagit, and used irfanview instead.
I followed the instructions in your "changing file associations link". I had to click 'Restore" to make the file association 'Advanced' button appear. I then added a "print" action with this command.
"C:\Program Files\IrfanView\i_view32.e
Snagit is a great tool which I use every day, but it does not seem to honor the /print command line parameter.

Change the default file associations for "Print" on that particular extension (JPG) to point to SNAGIT instead of Windows Picture and Fax Viewer
