As you can see the file description is a TDI Filter Driver by Aventail(R) Connect.
Suggest you update/replace this driver file to resolve the problem.
From the previous RAM link(if you still need it), the following download is appropriate:
* Download - Pre-Compiled Bootable ISO (.gz) < an ISO file to make a bootable CD in gz format
It's still conceivable that the problem is RAM so still worth testing it(or them).

nobus has made a very good point, and if you progress to the stage where you're hunting for Malware, try the Kaspersky free online virus scanner. It's a good way to find out if you have any viruses or spyware without having to uninstall your existing antivirus software>

It should be possible to delete your own question before any comments are added by others, so I haven't posted this comment there. Having that question open without any attachments will cause complications if experts post comments in both your questions.
