I loaded windows XP hom but Two XP Home operating systems offered but only 1 installed why tow how do I get rid off one??

The one that is currently highlighted or you click on to launch Windows is the one to keep.

(If you're worried about getting it wrong you can always copy the content of boot.ini into a notepad file and save it to recover to)

I understnad but when I goto startup and recovery and select edit, notepad open and I have two listed wich should I remove?
