Browse All TopicsOk so when I came in this morning to work I noticed that in the control panel of my XP machine I have an icon that shows up as "unknown" file type, when I try to create a shortcut to the desktop it gives me an error saying that it cannot copy the file, because the drive may not have enough drive space. I have tried to open it up and when I do I am prompted as to what program I want to open it up as. I tried notepad, wordpad, all the different programs that I could think of, and finally when I selected IE it opened one of my Mapped Network Drives.
I cannot seem to find any documentation online on how to remove this from the Control Panel.
I was hoping that someone here might be able to offer some suggestions.
