Unwanted Browser Popups

I have a little problem with my machine right now .... I keep on getting unwanted popups

I could see following unusual entry below :

HKLM --> software --> microsoft --> windows --> current version --> run

{d671b7ce-c6dd-df5f-964b-6ca0ad8118b5}

C:\WINDOWS\System32\Rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\system32\{79a3473d-40e9-f4b6-a69c-8a732d68f815}.dll" DllStart

No other trace of such registry key else where.

Behaviour I observe is : Un wanted popus , even though my brower is not running, if I see Task Manager I still see a process
iexplorer.exe running and also one Rundll.exe under current user name.

i tried combofix, vundofix but they found nothing ... I suppose this is totally another issue .... I also tried removing above registry entried, they come back again ...

Do you have any solution ?
