Goback  3 won't work. it appear that xp is now on partition f how do i get it back

I use goback 3 . It has always worked in the past .This morning the computer froze. When I rebooted I tried to revert to an old back-up. No luck. It says maybe hardward problem. So far the drive check out fine. I tried to re-install xp and noticed that the C partition no longer exits. The first partition has no name and the other partition which contains lots of data is now called F. How can I get this back. I'm afraid to disable go-back. It says I'll lose all my previous history.
