Ghost 14 - Scheduled jobs fail with error EC8F17B7, EBAB03F1

Hello,

I have two backup jobs set up, each creates an independent recovery point 3 times per week.  One job is for the C: drive, the other job is for the D: drive.

I am able to run both jobs manually without issue, however the scheduled jobs always fail with this error:

----
Error EC8F17B7: Cannot create recovery points for job: Drive Backup of [Work Files] (D:\). Warning A7C3001B: Win32/Win64 API FSCTL_LOCK_VOLUME(\\?\Volume{f9758308-a6dc-11de-b7fa-0024e829612d}\) failed. Error EBAB03F1: Access is denied.

Details: The disk is in use or locked by another process.

Source: Norton Ghost
----

I have Mozy installed on the computer as well, it runs a backup each night, but I have made sure that the job times do not overlap.  I am creating independent recovery points with Ghost, because I have read that incremental backups will fail in Ghost if Mozy is also installed.

Why do these jobs run when started manually, but not on schedule?  I have also tried deleting .pqj files and recreating jobs with no success.

Windows XP SP3
Ghost 14.0.5.34857

Thanks in advance.
